Harper Associates specializes in management and culinary staff recruitment for the hospitality industry. We assist restaurants, hotels, country clubs, casinos, resorts, food service management companies and food manufacturers. Personalized service is provided for each and every search. We have been in business for 50+ years and have developed a tremendous network of contacts which includes employers and job seekers. Our agency also specializes in private service recruitment (household staffing, estate managers, private chefs, etc.) for executives and their families. Our clients in that segment are often interested in hiring hospitality professionals who want to make a transition to a luxury, private residence, giving candidates another career option to consider.

The success of our business is based on relationships with people in the hospitality industry and matching them with one another for long-term employment. The MRLA is a wonderful way to network with both employers and job seekers. Throughout our company’s entire history, we have been members of the MRLA to show our support and offer our services to members who might benefit from them.
We feel the association gives us credibility and visibility and shows our stability in the staffing industry, where other recruitment agencies have popped up overnight and quickly disappeared. As one of the longest standing members of the MRLA, we know that many people have remembered the name Harper Associates and contacted us at a later date when they needed our services. We believe in supporting industry-related organizations and maintain memberships in other relevant associations as well.
