MRLA Countdown: 14 Days Until Michigan's Restaurant Industry Faces a Devastating Tip Credit Elimination
"With just two weeks remaining, we must acknowledge that 79% of Michigan servers fear their jobs will be eliminated if the tip credit goes away - these are real concerns from real Michigan workers," said Justin Winslow, President & CEO of the MRLA. "The House responded to these workers by passing HB 4001. The Senate must now work together and act to protect the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Michigan restaurant employees."
