MICHIGAN RESTAURANT & LODGING ASSOCIATION NAMES AMANDA TOY AS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP
LANSING, MICH. – The Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association (MRLA) is pleased to announce that Amanda Toy has joined the organization as Vice President of Operations and Membership. In her position, Toy will lead the membership and marketing/communications departments while managing association development with a focus on workplace culture, and internal operations.

Prior to joining the MRLA, Toy held positions at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and Dearborn, the Westin Book Cadillac Detroit and the Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau.
“It is an exciting time to join the MRLA team with Michigan’s growing reputation as a vacation and culinary destination,” said Toy. “I am grateful to be part of this trailblazing organization; enhancing staff and member experience through my energizing leadership style and knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry.”
Toy holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business. She resides in Lansing with her husband and five children and enjoys local parks, Michigan’s inland lakes and golf.
