Parks Old Style Bar-B-Q specializes in barbequed pork and beef ribs and chicken, grilled in a closed pit, using lump charcoal and exotic hard woods. We manufacture our own "secret sauce" created with fine spices and herbs.
Why is the MRLA important to you and your business?
The MRLA is a warehouse of valuable information. It exposed Parks to vendor resources and other restauranteurs that we may not have found on our own. It keeps us abreast of mainstream occurrences in the culinary arts arena. The MRLA has supplied us with staff training aides and advice to enable us to work more efficiently and economically. The workers comp program has been very cost effective for our operation.

2. We feature side dishes including collard greens, mac 'n cheese, green beans, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw and french fries.

4. We are a family owned business that has been in continuous operation for 56 years.
