Cartier Mansion is a historic bed and breakfast located in beautiful downtown Ludington, Michigan. We are expanding our footprint into our Carriage House and soon will showcase 10 guest rooms and suites. Ludington’s community support is like nothing I have experienced before and because of this support, our guests benefit during their stay. We are offering guests the opportunity to stay on purpose and make their mark on our community by giving back of their time during their stay and creating unique experiences and memories.
Why is the MRLA important to you and your business?
The MRLA is a staple in our industry for support and protection as we navigate through new laws and policies that arise. It provides a solid platform for industry leaders all over Michigan to come together and work towards better needs for our businesses.
The MRLA gathers ideas from the communities throughout Michigan, and then presents that information on a more simplified scale. The resources and data that are gathered makes a big impact on how we navigate our day to day.

1. Stay on Purpose Make your Mark: We offer planned experiences should you want something more than just a night away. Cartier Mansion has partnered with many local community organizations that rely on volunteerism to support their missions.
2. Internal Guests: Guests are the heart of our business. We understand that caring for and supporting each other is how we offer the best service and experiences.
3. Breakfast: We offer a daily gourmet multi-course dining and history experience. Our guests get to enjoy some amazing nosh while learning about the history of the Mansion with owner guided tours around the property when able.
4. Cartier Charitable Donation: A charitable donation is added to each guest stay to help support our community partners. At the end of each year, the money raised is split between the organizations.
