REGIONAL ROADMAP TO REOPENING ADDENDUM
REGIONS 6 + 8
Effective June 10, 2020 - An Addendum to the original Roadmap to Reopening guidance document to reflect specific requirements in Executive Orders 114 and 115. This addendum is ONLY applicable to Regions 6 + 8.
Executive Order 2020-114 Requirements for Restaurants & Bars
• Limit capacity to 50% of normal seating.
• Require six feet of separation between parties or groups at different tables or bar tops.
• Create communications material for customers explaining the precautions that are being taken to prevent infection.
• Close self-serve food or drink options, such as buffets, salad bars, and drink stations.
• Provide guides to ensure six feet separation.
• Post sign informing customers not to enter if they are or have recently been sick.
• Post sign instructing customers to wear face coverings until they get to their table. (face coverings are required by law for all persons in enclosed spaces per EO 115 who can medically tolerate).
• Require hosts, servers, and staff to wear face coverings in the dining area.
• Notify employees if the employer learns that an individual (including an employee, customer, or supplier) with a confirmed case of COVID-19 has visited the store.
• Close restaurant immediately if an employee shows symptoms of COVID-19, defined as either the new onset of cough or new onset of chest tightness or two of the following: fever (measured or subjective), chills, rigors, myalgia, headache, sore throat, or olfactory/taste disorder(s), and perform a deep clean, consistent with guidance from the FDA and the CDC. Such cleaning may occur overnight.
• Install physical barriers, such as sneeze guards and partitions at cash registers, bars, host stands, and other areas where maintaining physical distance of six feet is difficult.
Executive Order 2020-115 Requirements for Restaurants & Bars
• Social distancing measures must be followed including 6’ of separation for persons from different households.
• Wearing a face covering of nose and moth when in enclosed public space, unless a person is not medically able.
• Discrimination and ADA laws remain in full force.

STATEWIDE ROADMAP TO REOPENING ADDENDUM
Effective June 8, 2020 - An Addendum to the original Roadmap to Reopening guidance document to reflect specific requirements in Executive Orders (97, 110). This addendum is equally applicable across all regions of the state.
Executive Order 2020-97 Requirements for All Businesses
• Create a COVID-19 Response Team and employee training document ready by June 1, 2020, or within two weeks of resuming in-person activities, whichever is later.
- A business’ or operation’s plans must be readily available to employees, labor unions, and
customers.
- The plans need to be accessed via the website, internal network, or hard copy.
• COVID-19 employee training document must include a step on how to report unsafe working conditions.
• Create policies for employees who test positive for COVID-19. Cases must be reported to the local public health department and to co-workers, contractors, or suppliers who have been exposed.
• Follow Executive Order 2020-36 and all orders that support it, that prohibit discipline, or otherwise retaliating against employees who stay home or leave work when they are at particular risk of infecting others with COVID-19.
• Require face coverings to be worn when employees cannot consistently maintain six feet of separation from other individuals in the workplace, and consider face shields when employees cannot consistently maintain three feet of separation from other individuals in the workplace.
• Encourage employees to use personal protective equipment and hand sanitizers on public transportation.
• Promote remote work to the fullest extent possible.
• Adopt any additional infection control measures that are reasonable in light of the work performed at the worksite and the rate of infection in the surrounding community.

• Outdoor social gatherings and events among persons not part of a single household are permitted, but only to the extent that:
- Up to 100 people
- Maintain 6’ Social Distance for people from different households
• For delivery service, window service, walk-up service, drive through service, or drive-up service, and may permit up to fivenmembers of the public at one time for the purpose of picking
up their food or beverage orders.
- Maintain 6’ Social Distance for people from different households

• Public swimming pools may be open following that outdoor swimming pools limit capacity to 50% of the bather capacity limits and indoor swimming pools limit capacity to 25% of the bather capacity limits.
An arcade, bowling alley, cinema, climbing facility, convention center, performance space, meeting hall, night club, sports arena, theater, or similar venue may, if it is indoors, be open to spectators or patrons, but only to the extent that it:
• Enables persons not part of the same household to maintain six feet of distance from one another at all times while in the venue.
• Limits the number of people in the venue to 25% of its maximum capacity or to 250, whichever is smaller.
